Our Story

When Paul and I bought our home back in 2022, we thought we were ready for the process. We found a realtor on Facebook, set up a meeting, and hoped we’d have someone who would guide us every step of the way. But that’s not what happened. She set us up with an MLS search, sent over homes that were way out of our budget, and then… silence. Unless I reached out to ask to see a property, we never heard from her and when we did send homes over she didn't go over details or ask questions. There was no strategy, no communication, and no sense that she was truly invested in helping us find the right home. It felt like we were just another name in her inbox.

That experience taught us something important: there’s always a clause in a Buyer-Broker Agreement that lets you terminate if it’s not the right fit. And if the relationship isn’t working, you don’t have to stay. You deserve better.

Seeing the Bigger Problem

Over the years that followed, we kept hearing the same story from others. Friends, family, and even strangers online said the same thing: finding a good agent felt like gambling.
