                   Atlas Select is a marketing and referral platform. We do not provide brokerage services. Instead, we connect you with a                                      licensed real estate professional through our Agent Matchmaker program.

 

          2. Independent Representation

                   Any formal agency agreement will be solely between you and the licensed real estate agent you choose. Atlas Select and the                            Agent Matchmaker are not parties to your brokerage contract.

 

          3. Referral Process

                   Your information may be shared with vetted agents who meet Atlas Select’s standards. The Agent Matchmaker may act as l                              licensed referral agent and place you with the professional best suited for your needs.

 

         4. Referral Fee Disclosure

                   The connecting licensed agent (“Agent Matchmaker”) will receive a referral fee from the real estate agent or brokerage you                               ultimately choose to work with if your transaction successfully closes. Referral fees are paid solely from the receiving agent’s                         commission and will not increase your costs in any way. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and consent to this referral                         arrangement. You are under no obligation to work with any referred agent and are free to choose any licensed real estate                                 professional.

 

        5. No Guarantee of Outcome

                    Atlas Select and the Agent Matchmaker cannot guarantee property availability, pricing, or transaction results.

 

        6. Accuracy of Information

                    You agree to provide complete and truthful information to help us match you with the right agent.

  

        7. Privacy

                   Your personal data is used exclusively for referral matching and will not be sold to unrelated third parties.

 

        8. Limitation of Liability

                    Atlas Select and the Agent Matchmaker are not responsible for the performance of any referred agent or the outcome of any                         transaction.
