1. Role of Atlas Select & Agent Matchmaker
         

           Atlas Select operates as a marketing and referral platform. All referrals are managed through the Agent Matchmaker, a                        licensed real estate professional or entity.

2. Referral Fee Obligation

         You agree that a referral fee is always owed to the Agent Matchmaker for any client referred by Atlas Select that results                       in a closed transaction. Referral fees are due and payable at closing through escrow or directly from the brokerage if                             required. The referral fee structure is as follows:
                           - Residential Transactions: 25% of the gross commission received
                           - Luxury Transactions (properties valued at $1M+): 30% of the gross commission received
                          - Commercial Transactions: 30% of the gross commission received
                           - Investment Transactions (multi-family, land, or investment property purchases): 25% of the gross commission                                   received

 

3. Licensure & Standing

            You must maintain an active real estate license in good standing. Any disciplinary actions must be disclosed.

 

4. Client Care Standards

           Referred clients must be treated with professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency. Poor client service may result                      in removal from the Atlas Select network.

 

5. Independent Representation

           Once referred, the client relationship is exclusively between you and the client under your brokerage agreements. Atlas              Select and the Agent Matchmaker are not parties to your agency contracts.

 

6. Accuracy of Information

         You certify that all credentials, production data, and information provided in your application are true and verifiable.

 

7. Termination

           Atlas Select reserves the right to suspend or revoke your participation at any time for:
                     - Breach of these terms
                    - Failure to pay referral fees
                    - Conduct inconsistent with our brand standards
