Requirements to Join Atlas Select

At Atlas Select, we are committed to connecting clients only with high-performing, trusted agents. To maintain the highest level of service, we require that all agents meet the following standards before being considered for our network:

Core Requirements 

​

• Active real estate license in good standing (no disciplinary actions).

• Minimum 5+ years full-time experience or equivalent proven transaction volume.

• Consistent production of 18+ closed transactions per year OR $5M+ in annual sales volume.

• Demonstrated expertise in your local market, neighborhoods, and current trends.

• Commitment to professional, client-focused communication tailored to individual preferences.

• Documented track record of strong negotiation skills and successful outcomes.

• Proficiency with modern real estate technology (CRM, MLS, digital marketing, e-signatures).

• Established positive reputation backed by client testimonials and industry references.

 Preferred Standards (Elite Consideration)

​

Agents who meet or exceed the following may receive priority placement:

• Recognized professional designations such as CRS, GRI, CLHMS, SRES or CIPS.

• $15M+ in annual production or higher.

• Ranked within the top 5–10% of your local market.

• A professional team or dedicated support staff to ensure responsiveness and white-glove service.
